Hara Masatane (原 昌胤). was a Takeda clan retainer and one of the Twenty-Four Generals of Takeda.
Biography[]
In 1561, during the fourth Battle of Kawanakajima, Hara Masatane served in the rear of Takeda Shingen’s main force, operating in conjunction with Takeda Nobukado.[1] He was later killed in action at the Battle of Nagashino, during the Takeda cavalry charge.[2]
